Egun Nofianto

Summary

In EKSPER Counsellor at Law, he was exposed to various corporate commercial matters and was involved in the preparation of a major corporate acquisition involving multiple international stakeholders. He leads the team to assist clients in legal due diligence projects, share acquisition, and corporate matters. 

Egun started his legal career as a Legal Officer at a distinguished real estate company. His main responsibility was to manage the company’s general corporate/commercial issues, transfer property projects, and acquisition of shares and assets of a property project. 

Egun coheres to the value of ethical principles when representing clients before Indonesian courts and arbitration panels. He provides expert advice and oversight in multidisciplinary corporate negotiations including M&A, and foreign direct investment, and experience in managing legal aspects of real estate transactions, commercial, employment, and corporate governance matters including civil matters, family law, and succession legal issues. 

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H. or equivalent to LL.B), cum laude honors, from the University of Bung Karno in 2017. He was also admitted to practice law as an attorney by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and also registered with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as an Associate Member (ACIArb).
